Olachi Nzuruba is a seasoned HR professional with experience in the non-profit sector, skilled in Human Resources Management and in fostering positive, inclusive workplace cultures. Olachi joins the Hub from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), where she served as the Senior Human Resources Officer (Country HR Lead) for Ghana, Togo, Benin, and Nigeria. Her responsibilities extended to recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, and HR Benefits administration, where she ensured compliance with labor laws and spearheaded the review of employee policies. She has also worked with Christoffel BlindenMission(CBM) and the Alliance for International Medical Action (ALIMA) in different capacities. She holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Ahmadu Bello University and a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from Madonna University. Her professional certifications, including the Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Associate Membership from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, attest to her dedication to continuous learning and development.
