Kofi Boateng is Agriculture program associate at the Global Methane Hub (GMH). He works with the program director in the development, management and monitoring of results-based grantmaking in the agriculture portfolio at the Hub.He also focuses on assisting the program director to put in place processes necessary to enable the timely use of evidence to support program design and develop effective verification and evaluation systems.
Before joining GMH, Kofi, was a research scientist at the CSIR-Soil Research Institute in Ghana. He has also previously worked with Ghana’s Ministry of Food and Agriculture in various capacities. He earned his Bachelor’s in Agriculture from the University of Ghana, an MSc in Environmental Resource Management, and a Ph.D. in Agro-environmental engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology-Ghana.
